Pick a date and slot on the boat booking page, pay a 500 THB deposit (online or slip), then wait for confirmation with a code/QR — or contact 081-6696653 / Facebook hongchahugme.
How much is the deposit, and can I reschedule?+
A 500 THB deposit confirms the booking. You may reschedule if you notify us in advance under the site’s booking policy.
What are the boat safety rules?+
1) Max 4 people including the driver 2) Life jackets must be worn at all times 3) No standing or switching seats while moving 4) Do not throw trash in the water
What if I arrive late?+
A configurable late rule applies (default up to 30 minutes) based on admin settings at the time.
How do cancellations and refunds work?+
Cancel / reschedule / refund rules are configurable and shown in the booking terms.
Which languages are supported?+
The site supports Thai (primary), English, and Chinese.
